Join this weekly meditation class at Soul Space and learn techniques to calm the mind and develop inner peace and wellbeing. The practise of mediation has long been used to reduce the stress of normal life. Everyone can benefit from meditation for living a more joyful life. This course will also help you become more aware of your soul self and the power within.

• Meditations using colour and symbols
• Practise positive thinking
• Empowerment meditations
• Soul awareness and the power within
The meditation classes are non religious and suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome.
Time: Mondays 10 am to 11 am. Running from Monday 13th May to Monday 15th July 2019. We recommend that you attend the meditation classes weekly to get the most out of your experience, but each class is stand-alone, so you may attend whenever you can.
